This was the first time I ever had a massage. It was amazing Shanice was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely go back and ask for Shanice again.

I’ve never had an issue with any of the therapist at this location, my rating is simply based on the customer service. I’ve been trying to sort a specific issue about my account for over a week now - and the issue is ongoing - this is not the first time I’ve been unaddressed for over a week. my mom and I have been members for probably over a decade at this point.
