I had a great experience! Becky was at the front desk and was very pleasant and helpful. Cammie did my massage and it was great! The only “complaint” I have was that I wasn’t a huge fan of the music that was playing but it wasn’t bad my any means. I just feel like there could be more relaxing no music playing!

Last Christmas, my husband gifted me a membership to Massage Envy. Each week, I tried a different massage therapist until I finally found the perfect one—Miss Loraine! She's amazing, and I will miss seeing her every week, as well as our conversations. Yes, I talk during my massages, lol! Also, I have to add the ladies at the front desk were lovely, too.
Abby, the front desk receptionist, is so rude. When I asked for information on what their skin facial service entails, she said very sarcastically, - “Have you never had a facial before?!” How can that be your response to a customer? That’s so disrespectful! I don’t recommend this location at all. Take your money somewhere else, where you will be treated with respect.
