They double booked and instead of figuring out how to help me they offered me a service I wasn't even interested in than acted like it was my fault.
I have never given bad reviews in the past. I only went to get a message because I am a member and thought I paid for the month. At checkout, I was told the service was $70 and they told me that I haven’t paid for the month yet. I understand I didn’t sign up at the location so they have nothing to do with me sining me up however, they could have told me today’s service is an extra change upon checking in so I could have avoided the problem. The manager at this location is an absolute disgrace and a complete see you next Tuesday. If you have a bad experience, expect her to dodge your phone calls and emails. Corporate won't help you either - they'll refer you back to the franchisee. Kathleen offered no reasonable resolution and then hung up on me after I requested a cancelation with refund.
I’ve thought long and hard before posting this because I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews—especially negative ones—but my experience here was frustrating and uncomfortable. I booked a 90-minute massage and arrived early. Before my appointment, I asked the front desk how much was on my gift card and was told $130, and that my service total would be $120.
