My massage therapist knows me and makes sure that anything extra that I need for relaxation or comfort is taking care of properly. Clean and professional establishment.
I am disappointed with the lack of consideration the manager decided to charge me a hundred percent of not showing at a 1:00pm appointment. I wrote in my calendar 3:00pm. Even though esthetician is available at 3:00pm. Still insisted ti charge me.same day appointment! After being a member over 2 years. I will pull out my membership as soon as I finish my 2 sessions. It’s too bad because I love Kalilah.
Had an excellent massage with Bernadette. She listened to what I needed and got the pressure level just right.
