The please is nice, but they change you a fee to leave a tip for the masseuse. A service charge for tipping is tone deaf and in poor taste. This is the cost of doing business and should not be taken out of the tip for the workers, nor burdened on the (former) customer.
Viktor is FANTASTIC! He knows what’s just right for my muscles. He even massaged my jaw and scalp. I highly recommend the CBD add on. The front desk staff is always kind too!
I have been calling for about 3 weeks now trying to get a hold of a manager and no matter how many times i’ve called i still have yet to hear back. I normally just do a regular massage because I have horrible back pain but I had a coupon for a free hot stone upgrade and figured i would treat myself. this was the last day the coupon was available and when i got in the room i was told they had ran out of materials a day prior.
