I had a very pleasant experience here. The staff were pretty friendly. The calming facial I received from Khalila was so relaxing and left my skin feeling softer than ever. Will be recommending this place in the future
I was surprised at how run-down this location is. Dirty windows, half-broken toilet seat, peeling paint on every door. And toxic products like Febreeze and those chemical plug-ins. Short shift on the massage time, overpriced. Unnecessary waiting, and early completion of massage. I probably had about 40+ minutes for a paid 60 minute massage for a $130 Mother’s Day gift from my husband. My experience at this spa was very disappointing. I booked a one-hour massage online for $80, but when I arrived, the front desk staff told me I hadn’t completed payment and that my spot was given to someone else. I had never been to this spa before, so it was confusing why they claimed I was a returning client. I asked about booking another appointment, and suddenly the price was $120 which did not match what I saw online. I decided to treat myself with a massage for my birthday and got totally scamed. The rate when booking online was $120 for 90 minutes massage, including client that didn’t has this service in last 6 month! And I got charged $195!!!!!! And the person insiste that it is the correct rate! I was considering getting membership because the massage service was good, but this was a total disappointment.
