I signed up with ME one year ago and was happy with my messues. However, I can't say the same thing about the staff. Yes, they are friendly, but when you call, they place you on hold for more then 8 minutes. That's a long time. Furthermore, they offered my son a bimonthly membership. So far, they charged my credit card twice and when I called to make an appt for him, they said that they couldn't see him because he's making an appt on the month that his acct is frozen.
