Notified 3 hours before couples massage appointment cancelation. Informed one of the therapist had an emergency. However, no suggestion for the one remaining? Hours away on a planned day 3 weeks prior. No remorse from the person that called just "we need to reschedule". They will never receive my business or referrals again
Been going for years, love the service, therapist is amazing and knows exactly what I need. Checks in with me and and always customizes my appointment for my ackes, pains, etc. highly recommend and will be going for years to come
The massage was nice although my arms nor my thighs were massaged. Which I normally have done during a full body massage. It may have been lack of time to focus on my troubled areas. Who knows. It was my first time at Massage Envy so I am not sure of their policies. The staff was polite and helpful as well.
I had a wonderful experience at this amazing establishment. Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Front desk staff were very pleasant and answered all questions. Bridgette gave me the best massage in the world! She first addressed my areas of concern prior to session. Thereafter, I walked out feeling wonderful and relaxed. I recommend paying extra and have Lavender 🪻 oils used for massage. I did and feel great 5 stars... I will definitely make future appointments!!! Bridgette is the GOAT btw
The massage was great, Amy did a very good job and helped with my pain. She listened to what I asked for. The only issue is that the couples massage I booked at 12 for 60 minutes each was cheated out of some time. We were taken into the room at 12:10, and back in my car at 12:50. I know the “changing time” is included in the massage but they do certainly screw you out of some time. It was not a full hour massage at all. 2 people to change, 2 people to pay, and still was back in my car at 12:50.
