Do yourself a favor and go to any other location, just not this one. This morning, they canceled my wife’s birthday massage and facial…on her birthday. Empathy…none. Offer to make it up to her…nope. Worst part is that the isn’t the first time it’s happened to her. They routinely call last minute to cancel or reschedule appointments. There policy is to charge you 100% if you don't show. Aptt was 4:30 they called at 4:35 instead call me earlier as reminder pr at least send text . I would understand if they charge 20,30% but 100 is ridiculous without any reminder by purpose
Great experience with Nellie. One star off because this location doesn’t accept the prices from the website ($80 on the website is $130 at this location).
The therapists tend to be really great, but the membership has really increased in price over the past few years. Definitely still worth it compared to the nonmember rate though. Personally love doing the aromatherapy add-on as well as the hot stone massage in winter.
