Told them not to call on a Sunday. They hung up on me. When I called back they were passive aggressive and unapologetic. Will be cancelling my membership. No service meant to relax you should come with calls that stress you out. This call just took place for your records.
Very disappointed that I will be charged for an appointment I cannot make because of illness. I've been a loyal customer for years and do not cancel randomly or frequently. I could have come anyway and put other at risk for catching my illness. My therapist has a long wait list, and I am sure there will be no trouble filling my time slot. Made appointment online two weeks in advance, came in and was told the technician that was scheduled with me went on vacation and asked me to reschedule plus no same day appointments were available. No cancelation calls or emails were ever received before hand.. Disappointed. Better double check before you head over since no reminders and no communication on changes.
Online booking and being able to reschedule on short notice was nice, but there's a serious lack of communication on the table. My wife came away from her "relaxing, light-medium" massage in pain and on edge. Definitely not a place to go if you've got any kind of connective tissue problems or need a gentler touch.
