I was treated like a therapist and a dive bar. The therapist Veronica I had spent 45 min telling me how she was written up at her other job 7 times spanning from early 2024. While she was regaling the story, she stopped the massage and leaned on me with one elbow( dive bar).It was the worst “massage” I’ve ever had to the point where I stood up half way through and walked out of the room. I wasted money on a 90 min massage here. I had Melanie, asked her to focus on my neck and shoulders, and she barely touched them. Her version of a massage was rocking back and forth on her feet while holding out a stiff arm, for 90 minutes!
Told them not to call on a Sunday. They hung up on me. When I called back they were passive aggressive and unapologetic. Will be cancelling my membership. No service meant to relax you should come with calls that stress you out. This call just took place for your records.
Very disappointed that I will be charged for an appointment I cannot make because of illness. I've been a loyal customer for years and do not cancel randomly or frequently. I could have come anyway and put other at risk for catching my illness. My therapist has a long wait list, and I am sure there will be no trouble filling my time slot. Made appointment online two weeks in advance, came in and was told the technician that was scheduled with me went on vacation and asked me to reschedule plus no same day appointments were available. No cancelation calls or emails were ever received before hand.. Disappointed. Better double check before you head over since no reminders and no communication on changes.
