First, I will say I have a membership and have for some time. I am not new to massage envy or getting massages. I could not get into my normal locations today. And I decided to try this location. It's 25 mins from my house via 355. So it's not super close, but my neck was really bothering me and I was hoping I could get some relief. I arrived early. My therapist was Anna. Not sure why this business has the reviews it does. The one great esthetician, Nadia, who was incredibly knowledgeable is no longer there. The front desk staff is rude and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.

Melanie was WONDERFUL! She listened to my trouble areas and made everything better!! I appreciated the focus to my trouble area but also that she made sure my whole body was relaxed. I will definitely be adding Melanie to my favorites list!
I had a very disappointing experience with this Massage Envy location. I signed up for their monthly massage plan, and when I decided it wasn’t for me and tried to cancel, they made the process incredibly difficult. I went into the location in person specifically to cancel, only to be told that the manager had to be there to process it. There was no manager available at the time, and no clear solution offered.
