I have been a ME member at this location since December and while the front desk staff is helpful and the massages have been good, my overall experience has been less than pleasurable. I am currently cancelling my membership with massage envy -Stonebridge. I previously left this location for the Dumfries and Lakeridge locations because out of the 60minute Massage it would last about 45 minutes. I received better service at the other locations. My biggest issue is with management. I recently changed my credit card due to unauthorized charges. I called to update my information and asked how many credits do I have.
