I’ve been going to Massage Envy for some time now. They are excellent here! Starting at the front desk, Kyle is helpful in every way. His customer service should be recognized as he plays a crucial role there! I’ve been going to Ilir for massages for a couple years now. There aren’t enough stars to show how incredible he is. I received gift cards for Massage Envy even though I had stated I wasn’t a big fan of their company. I went and tried again just to be disappointed. I had a 90 min massage scheduled, I arrived at 2pm (time of my appointment) and was walking out of the door at 3:34. We did not start at 2, we probably started closer to 2:20 so I barely got an hour let alone 90 mins. My masseuse was good but I did feel like she took a lot of “breaks. Thomas was otherworldly! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good deep tissue massage before. He has such good knowledge of anatomy, he knew exactly how to alleviate the origins of my pain. It’s 24 hours later and I feel amazing!
SCREAMING LOUD FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK! I honestly would have probably never made my way here.
