Signed up for membership and under the impression I could give the massage pass to my husband for a $10 exchange fee. Once my husband arrived for his massage, his request was unfilled by the masseuse (asked for pressure on his feet) and had to pay for the services. Amanda is amazing. She is patient & kind, takes her time, and doesn't push unnecessary services. I signed up during a promotion in Nov 2024 where I received a coupon book & Amanda has helped me get the most of the complementary services. I've had to call to cancel appts and have done so without issue.
The worst customer service experience ever! Booked a massage that was confirmed by the establishment. The next day they called to tell me that the massage service that they had confirmed was no longer possible as they do not have someone at that location to provide. I completely understood and asked that they please cancel as I needed that particular type of massage service.
