Poor management. Even though they made the mistake and scheduled my appointment for the wrong time, they still charged me a cancellation fee when I wasn’t even canceling.. They scheduled the incorrect time. The manager Hannah only seemed to care about taking the customer’s money not about their experience at all. Very disappointing because I was looking up to this for days on my only day off. Avoid.
I hurt my hip running and Keyna had a last minute opening. It hurt during the massage, but i woke up the next morning walking like I never injured myself.
Vanessa is the best. The end!
I work at a desk all day so my back and shoulders often get tense. Vanessa did an incredible job working out all of the tension that had been built up, and even found knots I didn't know I had! I can't recommend her enough.
