I work at a desk all day so my back and shoulders often get tense. Vanessa did an incredible job working out all of the tension that had been built up, and even found knots I didn't know I had! I can't recommend her enough.
The other day my experience at Massage Envy was not that great. However, the manager contacted me immediately to see how to improve my experience the next time. The manager was professional, understanding, and willing to listen. She was able to reschedule my massage for today I had a fantastic massage from Preston. What a horrible experience! I had a reservation for a 90 minute massage with Nick, however when I showed up they had no record of my reservation. I had received several emails and texts reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived 5 minutes early, I wad told they had no record of my appointment, but that can see someone a week away! The front desk was rude and unwilling to try and accommodate me. This scheduling problem has happened before and it seems to be mere incompetence. What a waste of my time!!!
