Do not get the membership!!! It is a scam. I explained to the manager Brett that my son has a medical condition that the payments would be too much so I can’t do the membership anymore and he showed no sympathy and told me there is no way to cancel the membership. I will never go back to massage envy again. I filled out the customer service form and sent it in and they still refused to do anything to help me. Zero sympathy. Cristina is the only esthetician with GREAT energy omg It felt like I’ve known her my entire life because of how welcoming she is.
The Cristina girl was by far the best esthetician I’ve ever booked with! Others are mid though
