I purchased a year membership to massage envy 14 months ago, after 12 months the membership keeps charging you a month to month basis(they give you a courtsy call letting you know they just drafted it from your account, how sweet to notify after the fact and not tell you your account is now month to month they just try to keep booking you for more apointments).
