Terrible place been a customer fora long time and it is now dirty and noisy
I’m giving this 2 star and not 1 because I don’t want to reflect the action on the staff who have been very helpful, but rather the management of this location. They are absent, non responsive, and honestly don’t care about their customers or business apparently. I’ve been trying to reach them to cancel my membership for 3 months. I’ve suspended my account and blocked the credit card. I’ve left the manager tons of messages and can only do that through front desk. Leaving 1 star is too much. Horrible experience. My location was shut down. Finally get to lake zurich and talk to area manager Nicole who promises me they'll reinstate my account and apologize (I do understand grayslake closing was not their fault.) This was mid December. She tells me front desk hazel will call corporate and get back to me. I called over 15x and left messages and texts for hazel and jen location manager. NEITHER called me back. Stephanie is wonderful and 2x she took messages followed through and told me jen... read more
