Sadly, I had to leave a bad review. I have been reaching out since March to get my membership cancelled for many reasons now, but the original being that I moved out of state, no longer have my own car, and there isn’t a walkable location near me so I can’t get to a massage even if I wanted to. Terrible experience — stay away from this Massage Envy. I initially called because I was worried about the chemical treatment I had booked and wanted to speak with the aesthetician directly to make sure it was right for me. I never got a call back from them — just a response from the front desk, who clearly had no knowledge about the service or how it might affect my skin.
