Polite staff at front desk. Therapist wasn't great ... to begin with had cold hands that stayed cold through the massage...
My massage therapist is wonderful! She is awesome at her job. My neck and shoulder tightness and pain is gone when I leave! I’m not mentioning her name only because it’s already hard to get an appointment with her. She is always booked because she’s that good!!
Be forewarned. If you start accumulating credits, they will keep them if your credit card expires. The problem is they call you all the time to try to fill in open times for a massage. So, when they call you to let you know the credit card has expired, you don't answer the call. Months later when I tried to use my credits, they say it my account is expired and all the credits (8 months' worth at least) they are keeping.
