This location continues with their unethical business practices. I canceled my membership because of my experience with the front desk staff and management at this location. THEY ARE STILL ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE! This is how unethical this company and their management is. I would avoid this specific location and any massage envy location in general. They have untrained and unprofessional front desk and management staff and unethical business practices. My appointment was canceled without notification and they wasted my time when I arrived to find out that my appointment had been canceled. I’ve had issues with the front desk staff before so I sent a complaint directly to the corporate headquarters. I was told via email that management would get back to me shortly.
