First ALL therapist wonderful. This is about front desk. Twice in spring of 2025 my credit card was double charged for two separate months. The Supervisor I was connected with did credit back my card twice. Thank you. So having enough of this hassle, I requested a hold. The Manager, initial AG processed. I have contract with her signature. The hold was July 15/25 to October 15/25. The contract states in two places “ your monthly payments will resume on 10/30/25”. This location continues with their unethical business practices. I canceled my membership because of my experience with the front desk staff and management at this location. THEY ARE STILL ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE! This is how unethical this company and their management is.
