I scheduled a massage for my wife at Massage Envy to help relieve some stress building up in her neck and shoulders. Based on what my wife told me of the day it started like a normal appoint. Upon arrival, the location was clean, and the host promptly took my wife to her room. Everything seemed off to a good start.
