I scheduled an appointment for a stretch session yesterday. It was a gift for my birthday. I was contacted about an hour prior by a male receptionist because the therapist was having car trouble and was not going to make it in. I rescheduled for today with the same therapist. I left this location in tears because never ever in my life have I been this dismissed and made to feel so unheard. I booked an appointment with this sterling location (my first time at this location) and as I usually do, I booked through the app and specifically filtered for female therapists. The therapists name I booked is Baha. As you can tell, that’s a gender ambiguous name especially being a foreign name. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had. I had scheduled an appointment for a facial massage; however, what I received was far from my expectations. The treatment involved the application of 3 to 4 different creams on my face, without any actual massage or facial treatment. The technician primarily focused on applying and removing these creams, with minimal attention given to my facial area.
