I visited Massage Envy on January 8, 2025, for a facial and left with a second-degree burn that has caused significant pain, inconvenience, and financial burden. During my session, the esthetician. Daizhane mishandled the steam machine, which sprayed boiling water onto my chest, leaving me with burns that later blistered. My massage was wonderful! Denise is a great masseuse. She provided a firm yet relaxing massage that is effective and very relaxing. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!
Stay clear of JONATHAN (Massage Therapist). This incident has been reported. I assumed after a conversation with the owner and manager occurred, he would've been terminated, but since then, it was confirmed that he is still employed there. I feel it is my responsibility to share my experience so others can make an educated decision in choosing their Therapist. Nothing like trying to use a few session credits before going back on deployment to be told "we know you paid for them, but multiple sessions can't be booked in the same week". After 12 years, this place is becoming a joke
