My daughter schedule me a message for my Birthday and paid on line a day before my appointment we could not see the appointment and so she called and the lady said she didn’t see a appointment but they took her money and refused to give her a refund. BEWARE OF THIS location they are scamming people out of there money.

I have been very disappointed by my one year membership experience at this location. Over the course of the year, I had different therapists and none except for one did the massage well or did not cut a significant amount of time from the 50 to 60 min of service you are supposed to get. I cannot wait until my membership runs out to stop Going there. I have been to other Massage Envy places in other states and this one should either close down or change their therapists. Clients definitely do not get their money’s worth.

I’m a new mom and needed a massage badly I booked with Steve. When I got there he told me it was his first day and I was his first client. Steve did a great job he listened, he checked in, and most importantly he didn’t rush or talk too much. He also received my feedback well. Will definitely book again.

Worst massage I’ve had in my life, don’t go to this location. Total scam vibes - a massage gun was used on me for half the massage. My massage was 25 mins late after my appointment. I’ve had around 40 massages in my life and the techniques that were used here were totally amateur, almost like she was making it up as she was going along. Go to a different location. Seriously.
