Came to Envy to get a pretty standard massage that is taught at Baltimore School of Massage (i know this because i went there and graduated from there in 2011) i was paired with Massage Therapist Alicia Sidhwani. I visited Massage Envy on January 8, 2025, for a facial and left with a second-degree burn that has caused significant pain, inconvenience, and financial burden. During my session, the esthetician. Daizhane mishandled the steam machine, which sprayed boiling water onto my chest, leaving me with burns that later blistered.
