I visited yesterday late afternoon December 6th 2025 and the service was great from start to finish! Unlike many reviews here I was not charged more than quoted and I was not pushed to buy a membership. Clean and calm environment. My only regret was me complimenting the dudes hair who worked at the counter yesterday afternoon and I didn’t ask him out to dinner! Lol. Maybe he’ll see this review and find me but I doubt it haha. The massage therapist Aiden was very professional as well!
I am not disputing their massage or facial services, but if you are trying to cancel your membership, they would give you a run around. I requested to cancel giving a written cancellation, they continued charging my credit. I called them and got them reimbursed, but few months after I could see the charges back on the card and they said I had a freeze and not cancellation , but I clearly had a written cancellation notice. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere. Was a great massage! Christi listened to me and my concerns and applied the right amount of pressure.
Moved away; sent in their required paperwork to cancel and they continue to bill me. They always have an excuse: "management changed" etc. I've sent 2 emails. Today I will send a third.
