I have only had a few massages, but I can honestly say they are worth the time—10 out of 10! Recently, I had a session with Adam, who listened carefully to what I needed. I can't believe how much better I feel compared to when I first walked into this place.
I have been a member for 4 years. I rarely have time to relax. I booked a 90 minute and had them cancel it the morning of. This has happened multiple times at this exact location. The woman on the phone wouldn’t let me speak to management. I will be using up my credits and then cancelling the membership all-together. The turn over there is high, the desk has no answers and can offer no help. Avoid.
Service itself is nice but there are loads of hidden fees and penalties if you get roped into a membership. An absolute costly headach that kills any good vibe any massage can give you. AVOID.
