I have had well over 100 massages in my life and know what to expect during one. I had a 90 minute massage gifted to me and had never been to a Massage Envy but wasn't expecting what I got. My masseuse (I believe her name was Hope) was running late and what I assumed was the manager came to apologize to me. I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. I had the best facial I’ve ever experienced at this location with the esthetician, Ci Ci. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the service and was more than happy to explain the products she used and each step of the process.
