So I guess this location likes to be rude and make their clients cry?? If you want your agreements to actually be fulfilled, don't go here. They like to take advantage of their clients. Giant waste of money. Customer service is the worst. They talk over their clients and gaslight you like it's your fault their systems suck and they don't know what they're doing.

My recent experience at this Massage Envy location was likely the worst one I have ever had. While the therapist was nice, the level of professionalism was not appropriate. I would not have written this review if not for the fact that I gave feedback online to Massage Envy and no one has reached out to me to discuss my concerns. I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but for your time and money, I would recommend going to Hand & Stone or a local spa.
It is difficult to get through to the front desk; I left messages regarding canceling my membership, and they never called me back. Also, it's not easy to cancel your membership. The front desk was very nice and professional but it took over 45 minutes to simply cancel my membership. Also, at this location, I had Hope on two different occasions for a massage, and she fell asleep snoring in the middle of my massage (both times).
I have called 3-4 times to book an appointment and have even left voice messages over the past few weeks and no answer. I will be going to another location that has the capability to actually answer and return phone calls!
