I was so excited and was looking forward to getting my very first massage done EVER and they called and canceled bc the girl called off sick. I already paid for a baby sitter. Talk about DISAPPOINTMENT.
I booked a deep tissue massage via my staff, it was cancelled. I rebooked another one, they never called me till I called them to clarify the time that’s when I was told that the staff called off. I rebooked another one for the third times however when I came in it wasn’t what I schedule as I wanted deep tissue massage but they had light massage for me therefore we had to go back and forth on that.
