I visited the pickerington location today and my appointment was at 1:00 and I arrived at 12:48. The front desk was not very welcoming and asked what can we do for you today. No hello or welcome to massage envy. I paid for an hour massage and only got 45 minutes. I waited a few minutes in the waiting room and we didn’t get started until after 1:15 and the massage ended promptly at 2:00 Although the massage therapist was very nice and did a really great job it was not the full body massage that I thought that I was getting. I was so excited and was looking forward to getting my very first massage done EVER and they called and canceled bc the girl called off sick. I already paid for a baby sitter. Talk about DISAPPOINTMENT.
I booked a deep tissue massage via my staff, it was cancelled. I rebooked another one, they never called me till I called them to clarify the time that’s when I was told that the staff called off. I rebooked another one for the third times however when I came in it wasn’t what I schedule as I wanted deep tissue massage but they had light massage for me therefore we had to go back and forth on that.
