0 stars unfortunately is not an option. I called and made a noon appointment for my girlfriend’s birthday with Brittney. My girlfriend arrived at massage envy to find it locked, lights off and no one inside. I called the business twice and it went to voicemail. 35 minutes later someone arrived to open the door.
