My girlfriend arrived at massage envy to find it locked, lights off and no one inside. I called the business twice and it went to voicemail. 35 minutes later someone arrived to open the door. I am horrified with the services provided by this branch! My previous experiences with Massage Envy in Miami were consistently positive; however, since relocating to Alabama, my encounters with this particular branch have been nothing short of appalling. I had an appointment, confirmed the appointment, and then when I got there, no one was there, the doors were locked, and no one has returned my emails
I came early to my appointment at 6 pm yesterday and waited. Someone else was also there for an appointment, but the door was locked, and nobody was there. Neither one of us was able to attend our appointment. Are they permanently closed?
Bridny listened to my massage preferences and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her services.
