I signed up for a 6-month membership here that I was told did not auto-renew. I’m now in month 9 of it auto-renewing and have tried cancelling for weeks with 0 responses to my emails or phone calls. I even went to a location where I now live (out of state) and they gave me cancellation forms that I filled out and gave back but they said it had to be done through the Palo Alto location. Amy is great. She helps me with my neck pain.
Buyer beware! The tipping system is fraudulent. The massage costs $70 with a membership and we tipped 15% which apparently equals $23 in their tipping system. They apologized for their calculation error but said no refunds are possible.
Mary is the best for massages. Perfect pressure! I highly recommend her.
I really enjoy Yingfei's knowledge and strength. She has the perfect combo. I was hurt in a bike accident and in a few sessions I am back on my bike and getting stronger each week.
