Massage envy has staff that dont know what a Relief Massage cost?? Also, they go thru Massage therapists like water. Used to be awesome 5 or 6 yrs ago. I wont ever be back
Absolutely horrible customer service all they care about is their providers getting paid and not about the customers or the service or the experience I would never recommend this place for anybody don’t bother wasting your time. @ JAKE , JULIA AND ALEXIS
I had received a massage for Christmas and finally booked it! My therapist was Jude. They were amazing! When I said medium-firm pressure, that’s exactly what I got. I didn’t need to redirect. I left feeling so relaxed. My favorite part was the neck and scalp techniques they used. I was gently offered a membership as I was exiting and I really appreciated that approach.
