Debra and Liana are the best! I had a really great experience here not only are the providers AMAZING and what they do and always make me feel so relaxed and comfortable, but their front desk staff are such wonderful people who really care, and Payge the business manager is great, very professional and always makes me feel welcomed and wonderful!!
They tell you you may cancel at anytime when you join- (you can but they will keep charging you) They tell you you may freeze your account - you can but they will keep charging you- I thought they were just incompetent but now I’ve found out from others also that they purposely keep charging you. My advice - don’t subscribe- when I told her I filled out the cancellation forms in her salon in person and handed them back she asked me if I took a photo of them because she never got them- she said she was on vacation that week. ... read more
