NEVER sign up for their memberships. Just Google "Massage Envy Lawsuits." I had to cancel my account due to a diagnosed disability from my doctors. I provided 2 letters, proof of ACA accommodations, and even very sensitive pics of my "condition." She gave me half of the refund I deserved, and NEVER used the words, "thank you" or "sorry this is happening" or "sorry you didn't read the fine print." I mean NO human decency. It was like we were enemies and I didn't know why. I had to "eat" $180 of what the franchise owed me. But... read more
