I went to Massage Envy Denton to get a gift card. Asked the receptionist how much was a massage and she said $80. After she charged $80 to my account, I saw the special ($100 plus $20 voucher.) I asked to change to the special and she said it was not possible. I asked for a refund. I asked for her name and she would not give it to me. I asked for the manager and she said no. Rude behavior is not okay.

If you looking for a reliable message don’t go. I love the way they cancel a message with less than a hour notice.
Very disappointed. They don't cancel your membership when you fill in the papers. And next month, they still charge you for the monthly payment.
