Front desk person was very nice and helpful. The masseuse was also very nice but physically was not able to do the job. It was a waste of time and money. I will probably give the place one more chance, but not with the same person
Caroline’s touch on my face was very soothing and she explained everything she was doing/using. I really enjoyed my facial!
Nikeya was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She spoke with me and I feel genuinely cared about my time. She asked which I would prefer as far as upper body or full body which I preferred upper due to my issues. As for the massage itself, she asked if I wanted deep pressure or not which I feel was great she asked. The massage was AMAZING and she spotted issues and worked on them extensively doing an amazing job. She is top notch and I'd definitely use her again!!! Thank you Nikeya!!
