Asked them to put a 3 month hold on my account and asked them to have Mgr call me. No call from Mgr, no hold on account, no call before hitting my acct and no apology!!!!!
Not very professional. Signed up for 6 month package after being talked into it because they told me 3x they called before hitting your account. Not so. Hit my account and no phone call.
