HORRIBLE experience. I have had a lot of facials in my life, but today was the worst. The staff was overly interested in my husband and me at the beginning. Commenting constantly on how wonderful the facial was going to be for me. The facial was basic, annoyingly soft, cold, bright lights and nothing close to relaxing. The staff afterwards asked (in front of the therapist) how it was and I shrugged. No one spoke to me again. Had to listen to the owner scream at a receptionist right in front of me. Just terrible. I will never go back.
Well all I can say is that I wish I would have read just a few of the hundreds of negative reviews on pissedconsumer.com before I went in but I had a gift card so I gave it a shot. Very disappointed with my massage and even more disappointed to be badgered when I went to pay to sign up for some program. Next time ill read the reviews first and listen to the masses.
I've been to this location 3 times now and three strikes your out! My first massage therapist talked through my entire session about the strangest things. Then the manager gave a free session to try to make up for it so I came back. Second session I got a therapist who looked like she had been out all night and forgot to brush her hair or teeth or bath. She smelled so bad I couldn't even enjoy my massage. New management has not made this place better, but worse. I recently cancelled my membership of 4 years because new owner is clearly there for money and not customer service. Therapists are usually good but receptionists are push and ill informed. Get ready to be completely unrelaxed by the time your done checking out.
This clinic has gone through some changes recently and it all seems to be for the better. I have always been satisfied with this clinic and now even more so. They have plenty of therapists to choose from and a very helpful, friendly front desk staff. All I can say is, if you had a bad experience before, give the new management the chance to make it right.
