After a long work week, I was looking forward to a morning of relaxation. Facial and massage ( of course a ninety minute one) Lauren and Jessica made the morning a relaxing one. Been going to this location since 2009 and will continue to be loyal satisfied member.

Janet is the absolute best..she targets the area that is bothering me , she makes you feel very comfortable and the laughs we have can't even explain �� establishment is very clean and front desk girls very sweet...very worth going
started going to this Massage Envy a few months ago when a friend recommended it. I love it! Kristin does my facials, she is the best! I have very sensitive skin and the facials geared toward sensitive skin are awesome! Patricia did my massage here yesterday and it was amazing! Everyone here is professional, efficient and friendly. Thank you for helping me relax!
When me & my husband Raul arrived for a couple's massage Victoria was very nice & friendly.She explained everything so good & made us feel so comfortable.I had Karrie.She was so awesome.I really liked her & she gave me such a relaxing massage.The atmosphere here is so relaxing & calm & such a beautiful spa.Loved my experience here.I will be coming back once in awhile & I will ask for Karrie to do my massages.Thank you so much.
First off with all the great staff they have I have the ability to choose from a wide variety of therapists. If I want a therapeutic massage, a relaxing one, a "zen" experience all I have to do is tell the people at the desk what I am interested in and they help recommend the best for me. I can chat away the whole session or block out everything but the gentle music playing. Everyone in this location has been great. I have to say I haven't had one bad experience! Worth every cent!
The customer service here is horrible. The manager was supposed to give me a refund after an unauthorized withdrawal from my acct and never did. Not only that, they charged my account twice after placing a freeze on my account. When trying to cancel I was told I would have to talk to the manager between 8am-3pm to close out the account which was a blatant lie. No wonder there was a class action lawsuit against this business. Horrible. Worst experience ever. The manager should be fired.
