We really liked using massage envy pre-pandemic. My wife and I signed up together so we could get massages in the couples room. We are very disappointed that massage envy still will not open the couples room post pandemic and instead blames it on the corporate office. I have contacted corporate and they said it is up to local health department rules. According to Fayette county, they say there is no restrictions on this anymore. Very annoyed with this business. I’ve never had a massage before and booked my first appointment at 2:15. I showed up at 2:00 and went to the door. I stood at the door typing the text to check in. A lady opened the door for a man who walked up behind me. I told her who I was and I was just texting them. She said your appointment is at 2:15 so just go back to the car and we will text you. I absolutely love my membership here. Best money spent on myself. Being a stay at home mama of 4 girls I dont often take time for myself. But when I do I come here and they make my body feel wonderful. Super friendly staff and very well educated therapists who know the body and do a great job!
