Don't sign a contract!!!!! A massage is not really a luxury for me. I have to get them to help with back & neck pain. The last 2 appointments I made did not happen, not due to any fault of mine. Once the therapist was ill - no replacement was offered to cover my appt, instead I had to reschedule which meant waiting another week for an appt. When I arrive for my next appt I'm not on the schedule! They have me down for the next month! And I'm still in pain! They offer to reschedule but again I have to wait several days. One of my guilty pleasures. ..no. .necessity! I try to get my massage the night before I see my wonderful chiropractor.
This is a wonderful spa. The staff is professional and caring. They do a great job. The facility is relaxing and everyone is attentive and focused on relaxation. I want to live here.
