Just had the most amazing massage by Yvonne. I swear I fell asleep it was so relaxing.
I have given this location so many chances to improve. I have had some decent experiences with a few massage therapist and honestly feel bad for them because of the front desk/customer service at this location. More than once have they messed up appointments on me. They have caused the therapists to lose out on time to earn money, they have lied about the abilities of the therapists and have no remorse or concern for the customers. Natalie especially does not seem to care what she is doing besides being an appointment taker.... read more
