Lack of communication regarding the financial side during Covid-19 closure. No updates via websites and social media about auto withdrawals, etc. They were the only company I dealt with that absolutely ghosted their members. I will support individual massage therapists vs a chain going forth. If you go on the main ME FB page, you will see the concern is widespread and not just the Covington location. I rarely write reviews, but this scenario deserved my time.
I called to make appointment and told them that I had fractured some ribs on December 18th but my doctor had cleared me for massage and physical therapy and I had a note I said to bring the note in I did that and after they made a copy I filled out all this paperwork and they refused me service I was having so much pain in my neck and shoulders area all they had to do is be kind and work in those areas if they didn't want to go by my ribs but instead they refused me service but if I would not have shown up they would have ch... read more
