Easily the best Massage Envy I have been to since I joined.
John was awesome, felt tons better than whrn i got there.
Overall, it was ok. We had a couples massage and the one masseuse talked too much which made it less relaxing. The part of the table that you rest your face in was covered with a terry cloth material which was scratchy and very uncomfortable.
I've been coming to this location for several years now. The staff is always so nice & pleasant in person and on the phone. The manager is super helpful and accommodating! I feel the therapist at this location have been more professional and really know what they are doing than other ones. I usually get a deep tissue massage but have also received relaxing, therapeutic, prenatal and couples massage. And the relaxation/waiting room is a plus! Very clean including the bathrooms. I have been a member for nearly a year, and am never disappointed. Very professional staff, clean and relaxing atmosphere, and my massage therapist Jason is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and can work my tense shoulders until they feel like butter. I highly recommend ME.
I've been going to this location for about two years now since I moved from the Trinity/New Port Richey area. Not only have I always had wonderful massages, but the customer service has always been impeccable. More recently the girls at the front desk, yesterday around 5pm, were instrumental in helping me transfer some massages for friends and family this holiday season.
