My husband send me to get a massage for my birthday. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had. The only thing that the therapist halfway massaged was my arms. She rubbed her forearm over the rest of my body instead of massaging anything. I heard her yawn 4 times during my massage. It was not a pleasant or relaxing experience at all. My husband called and spoke to a manager who asked me to send an email explaining my experience and we have never heard anything else from them.
Very disappointed with Massage Envy. Been trying to cancel my membership since Oct 16th. Filled out the appropriate paperwork in October, received my Nov CC bill & see I had been billed, called and the person at ME couldn’t help me and said she would have her manager call me at 10, I started calling at 10:30, they must have caller ID. The first time the receiver was answered and hung up right away, now they just won’t pick up the phone. 😡😡😡.
The company is SHADY!! Do not go into a contract with them! They take your money and don’t live up to their end!
Awesome customer service, from the front office to the personal Massage. Josh is amazing, anointed hands! Love this place!
While my therapist was wonderful the front desk staff did not give correct information concerning products and policy. When I informed management about the error I was treated very poorly and no solution was suggested.
***Do not buy a membership from this place!*** I bought a membership for both me and my girlfriend, received some of the worst massages I've ever received. Couldn't get out of the membership and management didn't care what I had to say. My girlfriend was unable to use some of her massages before they expired so I was going to use them. They were charging me a transfer fee to transfer them from her account to mine which was all paid for by me in the first place.
