I froze my husbands membership and was told it was for 6 months and we could unfreeze at any time. He called today to make an Appt for a service already paid for and was told he could not use it. Apparently there are two different kinds of freeze options which we were not made aware of. In order to use the service WE PAID FOR he would have to be paying a freeze fee of $10 per month. The massage was good, but I don't like the way they get pushy about selling a package the minute you walk back into the lobby. I was all relaxed and then it was by this package or by that one or it's going to cost you more money if you don't. Perhaps they could send a follow-up email instead of trying to sell you something the minute you're finished with the massage.
