I'm not sure how the manager/owner of this Massage Envy chain can justify charging $65 a month for an unusable service during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC and refuse to cancel the membership upon request (multiple times), refuse to refund an individual who was let go due to the pandemic and struggling TREMENDOUSLY with financials because of it, AND wouldn't even return a phone call in an attempt to remedy the situation... but this person **** sure did just that. RecommendedLoved it! Asked me where they wanted them to focus on during the hour! Got those large knots out of my back!
my message facial and now started to do stretching was awesome.
The room was freezing. The only source of heat was the table. The masseuse was strong enough to deliver a good massage, but had no focus or finesse.
Zach gave a great massage, I highly recommend! I even booked a 2nd massage in a couple of weeks.
