Purchased a gift certificate for $109, was supposed to be one hour massage for my mom. She left in tears. The front office is terrible and extremely rude. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they don’t care about the customer experience. To speak with a manager regarding my account takes 1-2 weeks since she is so busy. What about the customer?? They obviously don’t care about that. DONT use them. Do not signup for a membership with this company! Trying to get a message on the app is hard unless you plan it out a month in advance. You need to call in to get something and still a pain. I have $1,800 in credits because hard to get a time slot and over 6mo ago was told I could pay a reduced amount to retain the credits but they never reduced it. Customer service in Port Orange, Florida terrible! Make appts and they cancel them . Couldn’t get appt in April till June 29 and they were cancelled. We are in Md 3 weeks and so I booked 2 appts and guess what one was canceled. I’m not going without my guest. All MASSAGE ENVY NEED TO GET EMPLOYEES OR CLOSE. Take our money every month but we can’t get appts!
