This location is the worst. Their staff members are always calling out. The manager will never get back to you. They are always canceling appointments save yourself the headache.

I’ve been a member with massage envy for over seven years and have paid well over $5000 since becoming a member. I went to a different location than I typically go to and was just told that these pre-booked several appointments under my name and have charged and taking $180 worth of my credits that I paid for in a refusing to refund me back the money for the services.
