I’ve been a member with massage envy for over seven years and have paid well over $5000 since becoming a member. I went to a different location than I typically go to and was just told that these pre-booked several appointments under my name and have charged and taking $180 worth of my credits that I paid for in a refusing to refund me back the money for the services. We've always had nothing but positive experiences at TLC. I've been taking my three boys there for their dentistry needs for years and now we will also be getting orthodontic care. The orthodontist was informative, thorough and I believe his recommendations for early treatment will help minimize more invasive/painful/expensive procedures in the future.
