My husband gave me a membership for Christmas. I had a facial 2 months in a row. Made my next appointment and received a phone call that the girl who did the facials left and they did not have a replacement. How can you offer a service and then not have anyone to do the job.? Also, they had a card advising what kind of tip you should leave. I just paid $65.00 for a 50 minute facial and you think I should leave a $20.00 tip? Maybe you should pay your people better.

Today I had a massage with Leah and the experience was amazing. They took the time to get to know me and my needs. Leah was awesome and also very knowledgeable. When I am living here full time, Leah, I will come see you on a regular basis! Until then, I will get by with occasional weekends!
