very poor customer service. All they can do is say that they follow corporate policy . very cookie cutter, and no brains to question why corporate does something that way. Sheets are the same as blankets but because corporate states it must be on, you sweat all through your massage as well as the dumb heater under you. You are the roasted marshmellow in between. Wake up, a sheet is a cover up!!! Never has this problem in 4 years but walnut creekers only know how to follow corporate dictatorship without reason.
If you can get a time it's worth it. Great staff great service, and they are focused on treating people right.
I am a new customer and booked a massage yesterday for today. They told me if I cancelled today there would be a 50% charge which I understand. However they called this morning and cancelled my appointment. I asked if I could get a 50% discount on a future massage. The girl on the phone said she would check with the manager and get back to me. Unfortunately they never did. This shows how they value customers

I enjoy a massage as often as I can get one. Massage Envy Walnut Creek is great. Their scheduling is perfect for my schedule. The therapist are great. I recommend everyone to this facility.
