I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I wanted to share honest feedback because this was an extremely disappointing experience. I had specifically requested focus on certain areas, but those requests were not addressed. The massage sequence felt very off and lacked flow, and it was painful rather than therapeutic. The masseuse seemed to use her elbow for most of the massage and it hurt. The room itself was also uncomfortably cold, which made it difficult to relax.
