Andrew at Lazeny saved us. My wife's medical circumstances require her to have a Zero Gravity Massage Chair. Today, Sunday morning hers broke. Thankfully, Lazeny was open and Andrew took great care of us. His pricing was fair and his knowledge was excellent. We purchased a JP Medics Kawa - it's a great chair. I have spent several months testing many chairs. I ended buying the Luraco from Andrew because of his patience and willingness to answer all my questions. Not only that, he personally delivered the chair (more than 4hrs away) and set it up for me. Unparalleled customer service in this day and age.
