It was pleasant working with Andrew. He helped me try 5-6 chairs and I think I picked the best one. He even referred me to try other chairs elsewhere to make sure I pick the best one and he was confident about his prices being competitive with the market. I also second guessed my chair when I bought it a week later I tried a few more and realized I picked the best one for me. He accommodated my return immediately if I chose that route. Andrew literally spent hours with us on 2 separate days until we made our decision. And then Ryan was a true gentleman and expert delivery guy. He set it up exactly where I wanted it and it was ready to go. I’d recommend them to anyone.

This may look like a small, low-key store, but they carry many major massage chair brands. The owner is honest, sincere, warm, and extremely professional. The pricing is also excellent! From the initial consultation, contract signing, delivery, installation, all the way to the follow-up service, the entire experience was thoughtful and reassuring. Andrew was spot on for delivery time and having the installer there when promised. I usually do not do these right ups but Andrew and the company would get 10 stars if possible. The quality of chair and the personal service exceptional!!!
