I messaged Justin asking if he had any last minute appointments as I was experiencing horrible back pain after international travel. He was able to get me in on the same day and after an hour session I felt brand new! The relief I felt was fantastic, thanks Justin!
I had a massage with Justin, and it was an amazing experience. He was very thorough and attentive, making sure to work on all the areas that needed it most. He also pointed out which areas carried more sensitivity than others, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how perceptive he was about my comfort level he adjusted the pressure perfectly so it was effective without being overwhelming. Highly recommend him!
Justin is a wizard! I've been struggling with sore/tight shoulders from sitting at a computer all day plus doing some seemingly light shoulder work in barre class. The myofascial massage was exactly what I needed. My range of motion in my shoulders improved dramatically and the achy pain is pretty much gone. My traps don't feel like they are pulling my shoulders up to my ears! 10/10 would return.
Justin is the absolute best at his craft. I’ve been consistently booking with him bi-weekly, sometimes weekly, to help my body recover & heal. Since seeing him, my posture has improved, my sleep, my mobility, my stress and even my digestion. Lucky to have met such a professional who knows how to work the body to improvement.
