I have shoulder pains that I told her and her husband when booking with him. It is chronic and flares up, if it doesn't feel too bad now it will later. I don't believe the admin (husband) communicated with her to help build some understanding of what I expected to address and the room was unprepared for my session. My back and shoulder area was not worked on at all. Jude does amazing work! I’m training for the Camino (170 mile walk) and had reached a point where I was in a lot of pain in my hips, knees, legs, feet. Jude really worked her magic, totally releasing the pain in my hip flexors, and easing the tension in my legs, knees, and feet, which allowed my training to move forward to the next level. In addition, she is a kind and dedicated professional and I feel lucky to have found her.

I just had my second session with Jude and I am amazed at how much better I feel already. She is just absolutely amazing, incredibly knowledgeable, and creates such a comfortable environment. I am so looking forward to my next visit :)

I have had nothing but amazing experiences working with Jude. She goes beyond basic massage techniques and provides a service unlike any other massage I’ve received in the past.
