The massage I had was amazing, which makes me even more upset about what followed. My husband gave me a gift certificate for a massage and the gift certificate stated "Never expires" but when I tried to pay with it, they told me it was expired. I went back and forth a few times but they insisted it was no longer good and made me pay for my massage. So we ended up paying double the price for the massage.
