Carmen was so nice (I was running late) she didn’t make me feel bad and offered to reschedule so I could have the full time. I opted just to have a shorter massage. My boyfriend bought me 2 massages from her for my birthday. I’m definitely going to be buying more. Very professional and was a great massage…. Plus my back didn’t hurt for 24 hours (which is huge for me)!
Scheduled an appointment with Carmen on Monday. Showed up on Friday on set time. The door was closed, both her phone numbers unavailable. Got a text response back from her an hour later - not even an apology. Extremely unprofessional. Thanks Carmen for 1,5 hours of wasted time.
